Store terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the Holistic Health online store. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping, returns and privacy policies presented by our store.

Products and product information

We sell supplements, herbal tea and body-care products supplied by independent brands. Read each product’s ingredients, label directions and warnings before use. Product information is for general information and is not personalized medical advice. Products are not offered as substitutes for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Availability is subject to supplier inventory. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange any refund owed. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed order price without your consent.

Fulfillment and returns

Supplier partners ship products directly to you. Orders may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy for details.

Your information

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information so we can process and support your order. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Contact and updates

Contact Holistic Health through our Contact page. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. Changes published later apply to future orders. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
